SCHEELE air temperature vaporizer uses the heat of the air to heat the cryogenic liquid in the heat exchange tubes. The fins of the heat exchange tubes absorb the heat in the air and transfer it to the cryogenic liquid inside the tubes, thereby vaporizing it into a gas.

The ambient air vaporizers don't consume electricity or steam. It is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving vaporization equipment without running parts, maintenance, and noise. It is widely used in the vaporization of industrial gases, like liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid LNG, and other low-temperature liquids.

Product Structure

The air temperature vaporizer is tubular, connected by star-finned tubes. The unique "bridge" connection increases the vaporization capacity and flexibility of the unit.

The connection between the fins does not need welding, the internal stress is small, the structure is compact, the arrangement is uniform, and it is beautiful and durable.
