Q1: Are you a trading company or factory?
We are direct factory with 10 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000 square meters workshop area.
Q2: What types of files do you accept (drawings)?
With our CAD systems we can accept following files:
STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT, STL, X_T, CATIA, UG files, etc.
Q3: What is the minimum & maximum unit weight and size your machines can produce?
Our machines produce the unit parts from 1 gram to 6000 grams weight.
Our machines can produce the maximum size of unit plastic part: 1.5*1.5*1.5 meters.
Q4: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
If you don’t come to our factory and also don’t have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker. We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size, structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.
Q5: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price is confirmed, you can ask for a sample. Normally it takes around 3-5days arranging a sample. The sample charge is returned when you place order.
